Tax and Treasury Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax & Treasury Manager to oversee tax and treasury functions for global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring and liquidity planning
• Develop and execute tax and treasury strategies that support the company's growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in tax, treasury, or financial management, preferably in FinTech or financial services
• Comprehensive knowledge of US federal, state, and international tax regulations and GAAP/ASC 740
• Proven experience managing tax audits and overseeing treasury functions
• Proficiency in tax and accounting software, treasury management systems, and advanced Excel skills
