- Engage with customers via video communications to provide tax advice and assistance with tax returns
- Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company KPI metrics
- Utilize professional resources and government websites to deliver accurate tax-related answers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in tax preparation or related field
- Proficiency with tax software, preferably TurboTax
- Ability to work in a virtual customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with government tax resources and regulations
- Availability for part-time contract work
