Tax Manager - CPA Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager to lead tax services and client relations while supporting departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze tax records, manage tax returns, and handle tax refund claims
• Initiate and manage tax consulting engagements while maintaining direct client relationships
• Supervise and mentor tax professionals, providing training and contributing to departmental strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred CPA, EA, and/or JD credentials
• Minimum of five years of public accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
• In-depth knowledge of individual and business taxation principles and specialized areas of tax compliance
