Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead UX/UI, Product Designer to join their product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design strategy and decision-making for core features and new product initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to deliver a range of UX assets, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Conduct usability checks and gather user feedback to optimize existing features
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with at least 1 year in a lead or mentoring role
- Proven track record designing complex web applications or B2B platforms
- Experience in fast-paced and iterative environments, with proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and customer experience best practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
