Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant - Activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Adoption team to deliver seamless technical onboarding and activation experiences
• Scope and tailor activation plans to meet each customer's unique needs and goals
• Manage project risks and challenges effectively, escalating where necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related subject, or equivalent relevant experience
• ITIL Foundations Certification
• Project Management Certification
• Experience managing onboarding, implementation, or activation projects for tech products or services
• Familiarity with financial statements and financial processes is desirable
