Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Functional/Technical Lead to support the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications in support of USPS, ensuring compliance with IT enterprise architecture
• Utilize standard software development methodologies to complete projects and provide user support
• Create and maintain system documentation and provide on-call support for production systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred; or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 8-12 years of related professional work experience
• Proven experience in software development using Agile methodologies and Java EE applications
• Experience with web application technologies and usability assessment
• Knowledge of Service Aware Enterprise Architecture Framework (SAEAF) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
