Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to guide the development and delivery of innovative healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical direction and guidance across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Lead a team of software engineers, managing sprint planning and performance evaluations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of features and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in software development using .NET Core/C#/Java
1-2+ years in a leadership or senior engineering position
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns
Familiarity with modern technology stacks and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
