Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Specialist I to manage client-facing technical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope, implement, and maintain technical service products using the software stack
  • Gather and document project requirements, confirming scope and developing timelines with clients
  • Manage client projects to completion while delivering training and consulting on products and services
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience implementing integration solutions for a SaaS software company or similar
  • Experience implementing, training, and/or managing data migrations for SaaS software
  • Strong analytical skills to model and solve complex business requirements
  • Ability to maintain high-quality service delivery and supporting documentation
  • Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively
