Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I to provide technical assistance and support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone support for inquiries related to eCommerce software and hosting platform
- Create and document detailed tickets in the ticketing system while resolving advanced trouble tickets
- Educate clients on best practices regarding website performance and compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Linux, MySQL, PHP, and HTML/CSS
- Experience in website hosting is preferred
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting web hosting platforms is a plus
