Technical Team Lead, Java

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead (Java) to provide leadership for a team developing Java applications for government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and testers
• Facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Support complex problem-solving and suggest process improvements in technical design

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 10 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years of experience developing Java applications and associated frameworks
• At least 1 year of experience leading a technical team, formally or informally
• Experience working in a story-based Agile team development environment using Jira or similar tools
• Experience developing in and deploying to a Cloud environment (e.g., AWS)
