Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Writer to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, consolidate, and standardize incident response artifacts, including Computer Security Incident Response Plans and SOC Incident Playbooks
- Provide business analysis, process analysis, and project coordination services, including the development of business cases and impact statements
- Analyze business processes and requirements, document findings, and create functional specifications as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer for a SOC
- 4 years of experience in project management and conflict resolution
- Ability to work with diverse audiences and translate technical information into non-technical language
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Commitment to fostering a diverse working environment
