Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and enhance user-centric content for Digital Employee Experience initiatives
- Design documentation frameworks and templates for goal-setting, workforce planning, and project execution
- Develop user guides, training materials, and content strategies for tool adoption and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of technical writing experience, preferably in an HR environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday and Greenhouse
- Familiarity with content management systems like Confluence and RightAnswers
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
