Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact during customer phone integration and set-up
• Coordinate and follow up with customers to ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot phone integration issues pre and post Live

Required Qualifications:

• Understanding of Basic Phones, Phones Pro, and LNP/Porting
• Intelligent, strategic, quick thinking, dedicated, ambitious, and fast learning
• Superb customer service skills
• Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces with attention to detail
