Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing troubleshooting and technical support to customer issues via phone, web-based tools, and email
- Actively seeking solutions guiding clients through corrective steps ensuring consistent customer service
- Maintaining clear documentation through web-based ticketing system and other documentation tools
Required Skills:
- Technical support or customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with customers to resolve issues
