Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone calls
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and problem solve issues related to recovery and return to work
  • Negotiate treatment and disability duration with providers and provide recommendations for claim resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted RN license(s) in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty highly preferred
