Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temp Benefits Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments and perform audits
- Act as a liaison between internal leave team and external leave carriers
- Support open enrollment process and provide necessary reports to Finance team
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree in HR or related field
- Two years of experience in benefits administration
- Experience with Workday benefits module
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Advanced level excel skills
