Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal, Litigation and Employment- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the litigation hold process and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Provide pre-litigation and litigation support, including document organization and witness interviews
• Coordinate legal update conferences and assist with internal investigations and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare
• Paralegal certification preferred; relevant education and experience may substitute
• Experience with litigation holds, e-discovery, and legal settlements
• Knowledge of state employment law updates and administrative charge responses
