Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
- Conduct individual counseling and group therapy for adolescents and adults
- Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop care plans
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Tennessee
- Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
- Background in maternal substance abuse preferred
- Experience working with adults and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
