Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Healthcare Agent with medical insurance sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer and manage approximately 150-200 calls a day
- Maintain a conversion rate of 20-35% based on call volume
- Assist members in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs while ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Healthcare Agent within the state of residence
- Minimum of 1 year of Medicare Sales experience
- Experience in a high sales-driven and performance-driven environment
- Desire to grow and stay with the company
- Ability to work on camera during training sessions
