Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and gather medical, psychosocial, and financial data
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve patient concerns and expedite discharge plans
• Participate in department operations and contribute to process improvements and team objectives

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred
• Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Experience with Epic and/or Cerner systems is required
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
