- Lead the review of sales deals and ensure accurate commission calculations
- Oversee and manage multiple commission plans, ensuring transparency and communication
- Resolve commission-related issues and support internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations, with 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and sales compensation plans
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with commission tracking systems
- Experience managing commission programs in large organizations
