Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review of sales deals and ensure accurate commission calculations
  • Oversee and manage multiple commission plans, ensuring transparency and communication
  • Resolve commission-related issues and support internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations, with 3-5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and sales compensation plans
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with commission tracking systems
  • Experience managing commission programs in large organizations
