Time Away Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Time Away and Accommodations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Time Away and Absence COE with absence and accommodations vendor accountability, review, and outcomes analysis
- Develops subject matter expertise around global leave and accommodations
- Supports the COE with the management and design of the Global Accommodation Program
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- CLMS or CPDM Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant absence and accommodation experience
- Familiarity with related employment laws and ensuring compliance
- General understanding of employee benefits as they relate to leaves of absence
