A company is looking for an Operations Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits of lenders, brokerages, and real estate companies to assess organizational needs
• Establish a repeatable framework for clients to launch new title and escrow businesses on the platform
• Deliver consulting services and monitor clients' internal processes to ensure compliance and identify risks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Title and Escrow operations
• 5+ years of experience launching and overseeing Title and Escrow operations across multiple states
• Extensive knowledge of title and escrow processes in various states
• Experience in implementing and monitoring new process workflows within a centralized organization
• Bachelor's degree
