Trainer Revenue Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Specialist II or III - Trainer ROPS Registration.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions in various formats and evaluate their effectiveness
• Conduct audits of teammates' work to ensure adherence to processes and provide coaching
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of internal Registration processes and related policies
• Passion for training and supporting teammate development
• High level of learning agility and curiosity for continuous improvement
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience with an emphasis on Registration/Insurance Verification (preferred)
