Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager, Trust & Risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive training framework for the Trust & Risk team, including onboarding and continuing education
  • Lead onboarding and continuous training sessions for new hires, ensuring knowledge gaps are filled and new processes are adopted
  • Develop and implement KPIs to assess training effectiveness and analyze data to evaluate the impact on employee performance


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in training program management, learning and development, or risk operations
  • Strong focus on internal customer needs and satisfaction, demonstrating return on investment in training
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Experience developing training in various delivery modalities for diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and data platforms such as Sigma; familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
