Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Specialist, Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, role-specific training modules for Operations staff
- Facilitate live virtual training sessions and support asynchronous learning strategies
- Collaborate with team leads to identify capability gaps and implement upskilling plans
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or capability development
- Experience in K-12 virtual education or EdTech operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual onboarding tools
- Background in performance coaching or process improvement
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
