Job Summary
A company is looking for a Villa Travel Agent to assist clients in planning vacations in luxury villas.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle villa leads and provide exceptional customer service while maximizing sales
- Confirm availability with suppliers, process reservations, and maintain client relationships
- Complete administrative tasks related to villa rentals and ensure accurate invoicing
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel
- Strong knowledge of luxury vacation destinations such as France, Italy, and the Caribbean
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Self-disciplined with a designated home office and high-speed internet connection
- Must be a resident of a US state, excluding AK, CA, HI, KY, ND, OH, OR, and PA
