Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user acceptance test plans and scripts based on business requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and project progress
• Lead change management activities and continuous improvement initiatives for UAT processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in user acceptance testing and change management
• 3+ years of data management experience
• 2+ years of experience in a high matrixed corporate setting
• 2+ years of data analysis and/or audit experience in the healthcare industry
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting on metrics
