Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to teach an online course in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate online course content related to Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and their applications
• Engage with students and provide support in understanding UAS operations and integration into airspace
• Assess student performance and provide feedback on assignments and projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience operating unmanned aerial systems in military or civilian organizations
• Active membership in relevant professional organizations related to engineering or UAS
• Applicable professional certification such as Rated Military Flight Officer or FAA Certified Airman
• Degrees in Aeronautics, Aviation, Aerospace Science and Technology, Unmanned Systems, or MBA
• Must be located in the United States, excluding California, during employment
