Job Summary
A company is looking for an Unlicensed Medicare Benefit Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers regarding health insurance options
- Consult and educate seniors on Medicare Life and Health Plans
- Meet sales and productivity goals while providing a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Able to acquire a General Lines L&H License within 60 days of start date
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
