Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Experience Designer to support the design team on deliverables and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to understand user behavior and articulate UX problems and opportunities
- Create and refine high-fidelity designs and prototypes for new products or features
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Some experience or internships in UX design with a portfolio of mobile and responsive design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- 3-5 years of experience designing software with a human-centered approach
