Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete tasks assigned through the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner
• Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance for real estate transactions
• Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies and provide assistance

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed and based in the state of Utah
• Experience with real estate contracts in Utah
• Familiarity with both North and South Utah real estate contracts is a plus
• Ability to utilize provided tools and technology for communication and tasks
• Experience in transaction management systems is preferred
