Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager to oversee partnerships with third-party service providers for facility management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships for facility management services and ensure compliance with contracts
• Utilize work order technology to oversee daily operations and provide training to service providers
• Develop performance monitoring processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of vendor management experience in facility management services
• Knowledge of service contracts and compliance issues, including certificates of insurance
• Experience with hard and soft service categories within facilities management preferred
• Proficient analytical skills for measuring vendor performance
