Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships and performance in Integrated Facility Management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party vendors by analyzing KPIs and SLAs to ensure high service output
• Collaborate with internal teams and track documentation to support service delivery
• Resolve vendor escalations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Computer proficiency in CMMS
