Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Consulting-Expert (UC&GC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, optimization, and implementation of best practices for Verint cloud solutions
- Develop and enforce standards for naming conventions, call tagging strategies, and system workflows
- Design a roadmap for improving system utilization and compliance with retention policies
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Verint cloud solutions
- Strong expertise in workforce engagement, call recording, analytics, and compliance features
- Proven experience configuring and optimizing IVR systems
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to call recording and IVR data handling
- Experience in leading contact center system optimizations in a high-volume enterprise environment
