Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President - HEOR Value Demonstration and Economic Modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HEOR VDEM team in delivering high-quality evidence strategy planning and economic modeling services
- Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets
- Manage talent development and team performance, including coaching and mentoring staff
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes research, with at least four years in a consulting environment
- Postgraduate degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD preferred) or a Master's degree in health services research-related fields
- Proven leadership experience with a track record in HEOR publications and business development
- Broad technical knowledge of outcomes research, health economics, and the payer/HTA landscape
- Experience in developing pharmacoeconomic models and understanding of value demonstration modeling
