Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations
• Prepare and deliver proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years of sales experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-year BPO clients
• Established network and relationships with potential customers in key markets
