Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Development - TPA Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze TPA business to identify areas for customer experience improvement and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for TPA to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance TPA offerings and drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of strategic business development experience in the retirement plan industry
- Series 6 and 63 licenses or the ability to obtain them within six months of employment
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and plan design
- Proven experience in distributing defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative services
- Ability to manage travel and budgets effectively
