Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Product to drive the evolution of its product offering in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the company's product roadmap aligned with business objectives and client experience
- Define and communicate a unified product vision and strategy focused on the patient/member journey
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of product managers and designers to scale with the company
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in building consumer-focused technology products, preferably in healthcare technology
- Experience with hyper-growth businesses and managing product development lifecycles
- Proven track record of leading and scaling product and design teams
- Ability to balance company strategy with market needs to create a compelling product vision
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and accountability
