Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of modern marketing funnels and revenue marketing motions
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams
• Strong expertise in marketing automation, ABM, CRM, and analytics tools
• Experience working directly in the HR technology space
