Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers through inbound calls regarding insurance coverage and services
- Support customer inquiries related to insurance policies, rates, and billing issues
- Empathetically care for customers involved in accidents by setting up new claim reports and offering additional products
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in Spanish and English (speak and read)
- For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in customer service is preferred
