Job Summary

A company is looking for a Surgical Technologist Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies clinical and operational variables affecting patient and case outcomes, creating individualized care plans
• Coordinates the delivery of appropriate services and facilitates transitions between pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of Surgical Technologist experience
• Basic Life Support certification upon start
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) certification required
• State of Virginia Registered Surgical Technologist upon start
