Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant for a tutoring company on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers, scheduling calls, and data administration
- Managing calendars, email inboxes, and travel arrangements for C-level executives
- Assisting with scheduling email marketing and developing relationships with clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience with customer service
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Availability to work and respond to calls within an hour between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time
