Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant for a tutoring company on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting customers, scheduling calls, and data administration
  • Managing calendars, email inboxes, and travel arrangements for C-level executives
  • Assisting with scheduling email marketing and developing relationships with clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience with customer service
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Availability to work and respond to calls within an hour between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time
