Virtual Health Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Health Coach to provide personalized health coaching and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of patients through video sessions and email communications
• Utilize approved coaching interventions and collaborate with clients to set and achieve health goals
• Maintain accurate coaching notes and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and wellness coaching setting
• In-depth knowledge of medications offered, particularly GLP-1s
• Certification such as NBHWC or ICF, or other relevant certifications
• Experience with live 1:1 and group coaching is a plus
• Proficiency in Slack & GSuite is preferred
