Virtual Leadership Coach for Science of Reading

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Leadership Coach for Science of Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive coaching to school leaders, teachers, and partnerships focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Facilitate coaching sessions, review artifacts, and provide specific strategies for improvement
• Build relationships with diverse adult learners and improve student outcomes through data-driven and practice-based coaching

Required Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of classroom teaching experience in PreK - 12
• Knowledge and expertise in Science of Reading practices, curriculum, and integration
• Experience as a school- or district-level leader
• Ability to take on 8-15 coaching partnerships at a time and commit to a 2-year role
• LETRS Trained preferred, with a Master's Degree in education also preferred
