• 8+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on employer, B2B, or healthcare sectors
• Proven track record of developing successful market messaging and content strategies
• Strong experience in creating and managing various content formats
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
