Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP Talent Acquisition in Business Process Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with BPO providers, negotiate contracts, and set performance metrics
- Identify current and future staffing requirements and communicate them to the BPO partner
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the specific industry the company operates in
- Familiarity with the BPO landscape and service models
- Experience in managing talent acquisition strategies
- Proven track record in employer branding and candidate quality assurance
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
