Washington Licensed Property Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to oversee operational and financial activities of multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Act as the primary contact for property owners and prepare financial reports
• Develop and control annual budgets, monitor maintenance work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate License required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex information effectively
