Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Voice Engineer Tier III.

Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for VoIP network infrastructure and Microsoft UC services
Serve as a Tier 3 resource for customer incidents and work orders
Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct Microsoft Teams Network Assessments

Required Qualifications

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice offerings
Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct routing, and Operator Connect
Demonstrated experience in telecommunications and voice systems design and support
Established experience with Ribbon and AudioCodes Session Border Controllers
Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and configurations
