Job Summary

One of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. needs applicants for an opening for a Work from Home Recruiting Strategies and Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns on job boards
• Conducting market research utilizing market data tools
• Conducting research and direct sourcing techniques to identify talent lead lists

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 6+ months experience as a Randstad Sourceright Talent Sourcing Specialist OR 2- 5 years of work experience in sourcing or recruiting candidates with heavy emphasis on research, sourcing, sales, recruitment OR significant professional, work experience (5+ years) performing online research with regards to marketing segmentation, people/contact details, locations, advertising opportunities, and local or competitive companies
• Experience, courses, projects, or intern experience related to statistics, online research, data analysis or social media preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience required
• Business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure preferred
• Experience analyzing and conducting market research on social media avenues to identify trends and new areas for strategic sourcing targets preferred
• Global social media and social networking sites preferred
